• ECLA was founded in 1989 and incubated three start-ups:


• Raquia Networks Inc. founded in 2000 and acquired by Safenet Inc. in 2003. Raquia invented and was the first to develop and implement Regular Expression Engine on a Chip.


• 7Deep Inc. founded in 2005 and acquired in 2006 by a leading networking company, 7Deep was a leading developed of hardware based Content Inspection and Deep Packet Inspection.


• Avivonet Software founded in 2009 is a leading developer of Mobile Apps for Android, BlackBerry and iPhone.
