Yes, we organise residence tours every Wednesday from 2 pm to 5 pm. During your visit, you’ll be able to explore our show apartments as well as shared spaces such as the coworking areas, gym and Cinebox. While it is not possible to visit the exact apartment you will be booking, the tour will give you a clear idea of the quality and design of our living spaces.
Ecla rent is all-inclusive and covers your accommodation, hot and cold water, electricity, heating, and a range of essential services, including a mailbox, kitchenware kit and equipment loan service. You’ll also enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your apartment and across all shared spaces, including The Gym, The E-Games, The Studio, The Kitchen, the Cinebox, the Agora and the patios. And to make your experience even more rewarding, a wide range of events and activities are organised throughout the year.
Each Ecla apartment is designed to be both functional and comfortable. It includes a bed with pillows and duvet, a mattress protector, tableware, kitchen utensils, cutlery, a cooking hob, microwave and refrigerator (except for Hostel beds in Massy-Palaiseau and Mini Studios in Noisy-le-Grand and Villejuif). Yes, we offer short-term stays from one month, subject to availability. This option is ideal for international students, interns and young professionals on temporary assignments. Even for a short stay, you’ll enjoy the full Ecla experience, including access to all shared spaces and included services.
