Our flexibility policy
A postponement of stay related to Covid-19 (on presentation of a proof) is possible without charge within D+15 after the initial scheduled arrival date.

Health and safety measures
Wearing a mask is mandatory in all common areas of the campus, including for cleaning staff. All the surfaces of the common areas are cleaned and disinfected daily, hydroalcoholic gel is regularly made available.

In compliance with government regulations, gatherings are temporarily prohibited on campus and some spaces close their doors (Cinébox and Shape Up!).

In order to support our residents during this difficult period, Ecla has set up a free, 24/7, multilingual hotline entirely dedicated to our residents.

Catering and events
The Sports Bar and the Docks are temporarily closed in accordance with government regulations. Events are suspended in accordance with government regulations, but will resume as soon as the situation allows.
