If you move in on September 1st, 2026, you get -50% off the entire September rent.
If you move in after September 1st, the 50% discount applies only to the number of days remaining in September from your move-in date. In other words, the closer your move-in date is to September 1st, the greater your savings on this first month.

From October onwards, regardless of your move-in date in September, the standard rate applies as usual, just like for any Ecla resident.

Homes available under the Back-to-School Offer are shown in real time on the website. When a home no longer displays the offer, it means the allocation for that property type and residence has run out.
Your home, your services, your Ecla experience remain exactly the same. The Back-to-School Offer is a one-time pricing benefit on your first month’s rent, not a reduced experience. You get the same common areas, the same included services — water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi — and the same access to events and the Ecla community.
At Ecla, residents who extend their stay beyond 10 months automatically get their 11th month at -50%. This benefit applies to everyone, and combines naturally with the Back-to-School Offer if you choose to stay longer.
The Back-to-School Offer is valid for any move-in during the month of September 2026. You can book now, as long as eligible homes remain available in the relevant property types.
The 50% discount still applies, but prorated based on the number of days remaining in September from your move-in date. The closer your move-in date is to September 1st, the more of the month the discount covers. From October onwards, the standard rate applies as usual.
No, the offer is reserved for contracts of 8 months minimum. Shorter stays are not eligible for this discount.
No, the offer applies to a selection of homes depending on the residence: Studios in Bordeaux, all property types in Lille, and Premium Rooms, Mini Studios, and Studios in Archamps. Eligible homes are shown in real time on the website.
Yes, you can arrange a visit before booking. This doesn’t affect your eligibility for the Back-to-School Offer in any way, as long as your booking is confirmed with a move-in date in September 2026.
The Back-to-School Offer applies to new bookings made during the offer period, for a move-in in September 2026. If you signed your contract before the offer launched, it does not apply retroactively. Feel free to contact your residence to check your eligibility based on your situation.
