The information collected by UXCO MANAGEMENT that is necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes is identified by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not complete these mandatory fields, UXCO MANAGEMENT may not be able to provide the relevant service.

Your data is collected directly by UXCO MANAGEMENT, particularly when a request is made directly on the website. It may also be transmitted by commercial partners of UXCO MANAGEMENT with whom it contracts to assist in marketing.

Data Recipients

Your personal data are primarily communicated to / accessible by the Commercial & Marketing Department, the Information Systems Department, the Finance Department, and the Human Resources Department of UXCO MANAGEMENT.

Your personal data may also be communicated to other subsidiaries of the group as owners of the ECLA residences. Otherwise, your personal data will not be communicated to third parties (e.g., for IT hosting and maintenance purposes) except for the aforementioned purposes. Subcontractors acting according to the instructions of UXCO MANAGEMENT will be required to implement appropriate protection measures. If UXCO MANAGEMENT has partners located in countries whose regulations do not offer an adequate level of protection in terms of personal data protection, UXCO MANAGEMENT will ensure that these transfers are carried out in accordance with French regulatory requirements (e.g., implementation of contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission). Retention Period

Personal data processed by UXCO MANAGEMENT is kept for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes in accordance with applicable regulations.

  • Data related to commercial prospecting is kept for three years from the last contact;
  • Customer-related data is kept for the duration of the contract plus the period of limitation;
  • Data related to unpaid amounts is kept until the amicable settlement of the dispute or, failing that, until the limitation period of legal action.

Your Rights

You have rights in accordance with applicable regulations:

  • You have the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data held by UXCO MANAGEMENT.
  • You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, (i) if you dispute the accuracy of your data during the period allowing us to verify its accuracy, (ii) if you believe we process your data unlawfully and you demand a limitation of their use rather than an erasure, (iii) if we no longer need your data for the purposes outlined above but they are still necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, (iv) in case of exercising your right to object during the period of verification to determine whether the legitimate reasons we pursue prevail over yours.
  • You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. In case of a deletion request, UXCO MANAGEMENT may, however, keep them in the form of intermediate archiving, for the duration necessary to meet its legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
  • You have the right to exercise your right to object to processing carried out for legitimate reasons.
  • You also have the right to object to commercial prospecting without having to provide a reason.
  • You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you.
  • You have the right to exercise your right to data portability, giving you the right to obtain a copy of your data or to transfer them to a third party in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
  • You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data concerning you at any time when processing requires your consent. However, withdrawing your consent may, in practice and depending on the case, affect your relationship with UXCO MANAGEMENT.
  • You also have the right to issue specific or general instructions concerning the storage, erasure, and communication of your personal data post-mortem. General instructions (concerning all personal data relating to the concerned person) can be registered with a digital trusted third party certified by the CNIL (National Commission on Informatics and Liberty).
