In all our rooms, whether it’s an individual studio or a Mini-studio in shared accommodation, we exclusively install 140x200cm beds. We believe sleep is essential for student success, which is why we don’t offer single beds.
Absolutely. Each apartment is delivered move-in ready. The kitchen is equipped (oven or microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, dishes), the living room has its own furniture, and each room has its complete setup with desk and storage.
The T1 is a completely independent accommodation. The Mini-studio is a room located within shared accommodation; it has its own private shower room and WC (like a small apartment within the apartment), but the kitchen and living room are shared spaces with other students.
