Student residences just outside Paris offer rents starting from €850/month, including utilities such as water, electricity and Wi-Fi. • Villejuif (94): Metro Line 7 and RER B, close to campuses in southern Paris, including EPITA, SupBiotech and Campus Jourdan.
• Noisy-le-Grand (93): RER A, just minutes from Cité Descartes and institutions including Université Gustave Eiffel, ESIEE and INA.

These locations make it possible to reach Paris in around 20 to 40 minutes while benefiting from more affordable rents than in central Paris.
